You Hold the Keys to Growth

Fast growth solutions make many people suspicious, but if you make the right changes at the right time, you can set your business on a path to growth. Will you go from the garage to a Steve Jobs empire in just a month? Probably not; but all you need to recognize is that you hold the keys to growth.  If you want to change the direction of your business and create some momentum, then put these steps into place and make things happen!

Begin your day by reaching out to potential clients. No one can find new clients like you! Get out there! Block off two to three hours at the beginning of each day to connect with potential customers. Get out of the office and into the community. Do this consistently and you will increase your pool of prospective clients.

Invest in online ads. Surprisingly, it doesn’t take much capital to get your name in front of a huge audience. Tap into Facebook ads which allows you to promote a post, product or your website to millions of people. Try Google Adwords or some other type of online marketing. It works!

Rethink the open door policy. If your office has become a revolving door for complainers and problem-finders, you won’t have the time you need to focus on new business. Limit the open-door access to certain times of the day or week. That will free you up to look for new business.

See yourself succeeding. Wake up everyday seeing yourself succeeding. As the late Mary Kay Ash, founder of Mary Kay cosmetics used to say, “If you can dream it, you can achieve it.”

Record results and follow up on new contacts. Sometimes it is the follow-up phone call that gets the results you want. Don’t neglect the follow-up with new and potential customers.

Remember, running a business successfully does not need to be complicated.  Keep it simple!
